   Quantum is certified as a participant in the 8(a) Business Development Program, and as a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) under the authorization of the Small Business Administration (SBA).

Quantum is also certified as: (i) a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) with the State of Texas – General Services Commission, and (ii) a MBE with the Houston Minority Business Council (HMBC), the State of Illinois – Department of Central Management Services (CMS), the Chicago Minority Business Development Council (CMBDC), the State of New York – Economic Development Department (NYEDD), the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC), and the National Council of Minorities in Energy (NCME).
